Ethan Phillips (Born: February 8, 1955 in Garden City, Long Island, New York) is an American actor, playwright and author. He is better known for his roles in TV like ''Star Trek: Voyager's Neelix and Benson's Pete. He occurs as graduate of Boston University in English literature and also received the Masters degree in fine arts from Cornell University. He has appeared in stage around the United States within several plays. He authored a play Penguin Blues which has been staged around a United States & Canada and the book Star Trek: Cookbook.
